Kenna cheered for her first game this saturday and she was in her element! She was SO excited that she practiced her cheers all morning. Come game time the Hughes family could say them along with her!
The pom poms were a big deal! "REAL cheerleaders have pom poms" she said!
This is the tunnel they run through and then the cheerleaders line up and shake their poms at the players! Its big time!
All business!

Upward sure is fun. Kenna looked like she was having a great time. Lydia loves it too! How long did it take you to fluff the poms? ha!
She's adorable! Makes me remember my years of cheerleading in high school - good times. I think I also recognized Sara Beglinger? Kenna has such a sweet personality. Go, little encourager!
AWWW! I love it! Wish Yakivegas had something like this program for the kids...=(
How fun Kenna! You will make an awesome cheerleader!!:)
That is too cute. Have Kenna ask her Aunt Bridge for some summersault tips. :)
so cute! harrison had his first game with Upward this Sat. and i just thought the cheerleaders were SO CUTE!!! how fun!
Like Mamo, Like Daughter, Like Granddaughter - Cheerleaders one and all!! It's your turn Kenna to cheer your team on to victory! You look so cute sweetie and I know your mommie will be able to teach you some moves!!! Sure hope we can get down to Boise and watch you cheer soon. Love you,
Mamo
A girl after my own heart. The Upward program is great. Alyssa always looks so longingly at the cheerleaders but we just can't fit it in with the amount of time she spends at the gym.
You need to post some video.
Tell Miss Kenna that she has a very good right punch! ;) She can come cheer for me!
<3 the Martina...
it's a heart!
Am I THAT big of a nerd that I know that? Hehe, yeah probably!
